About the Festival

The Bluebird Festival:  May 8, 2010 Fundraiser Benefit for local Farm-to-School!

Celebrate fresh Georgia peaches and strawberries for our local school children.

Bluebird Market focus is education of our farm fresh foods program to provide locally grown and organic foods to our local community. Our market advocates for Georgia Made and Georgia Grown products including Cottage Industry Baked Goods, Jar Foods, Farm Fresh Produce, eggs, and beef, and artisan handmade products such as stained glass, soaps, quilting, metal arts, woodworking, beadwork, painting, garden arts and more.

Our aim is to build a Middle Georgia local food system to better insure access to whole and organic foods. We work as State of Georgia certified Georgia Grown Farmers Market with Farm-to-Schools, Farm-to-Community, Farm-to-Festival, Farm-to-Chef, and Farm-to-Church programs to facilitate fresh and locally grown foods to local people.

Bluebird Festival is a private public partnership for a fresh foods and arts spring festival connecting rural and urban communities in Middle Georgia to their source of Georgia Made and Georgia Grown products.
